CHURCH GROUPS & ACTIVITIES

Prayer Meetings Front.png

As a church, we believe that everything we do should be rooted in prayer. We also feel it is important to meet regularly to pray for the work of St Peter's, and for those in our community.  Because of this, we have two different prayer groups which meet in church:

Every Wednesday - Morning Prayer - 9-9:15am

1st Tuesday of the month - Prayer Meeting - 7:30-8:30pm

As well as prayer and worship, we value meeting together to support and grow in friendship with one another. One way we do this is through our monthly Men's and Women's Breakfasts. These are chances for members of our church family to meet together over good food and share fellowship.

1st Saturday of the month - Women's Breakfast - 9-10am

2nd Saturday of the month - Men's Breakfast - 9-10:30am

Toast Church is our monthly 'service' for children aged 0-8. Started in May 2024, Toast Church was created to offer a short 30 minute age-relevant service for children where they can have fun and learn more about Jesus. Each month, we share a Bible story, sing songs, pray together in creative ways and of course, have Toast! Robbie and Rosie, our puppets are also on hand to help us too!

Every 4th Sunday - Toast Church - 9-9:30am

Home Groups are an important part of our ministry and allow for members of our church family to meet in each others houses and look at God's word together. They provide a space to be able to question and discuss topics in more detail, which is often hard to do during a church service. We currently have four Home Groups which meet at different points over the month. If you'd like to know more or would be interested in joining one, please do get in touch with David or Wez.

Worship Evening.png

At St Peter's, we are blessed to have so many musicians, and so, once a term, we gather for an evening of sung worship to sing praises to God and share with each other how God is working in our lives. It has been a real encouragement to many in our congregation - especially those who particularly enjoy longer periods of sung worship.

Termly - Worship Evening - 6:30-8pm
